Prize competitions should be a bit of fun on the way to the next round, never a way to chase a loss. These are the tools we give every player, and the rules we hold ourselves to.
Built-in limits
- A cap on tickets per player on every draw, set so nobody can spend close to the value of the prize.
- Weekly and monthly spending limits you set in your account. Lowering a limit applies straight away; raising one takes 24 hours.
- A cooling-off break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, in two clicks.
- Self-exclusion for six months or more. Your account is closed and we will not market to you.
Our rules
- You must be 18 or over. We check age at sign-up and before any prize is released.
- We never advertise competitions as a way to make money, and we never message you to chase a loss.
- Every draw's odds, ticket count and minimum are shown before you buy.
